You ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, so our production never comes to a standstill. You communicate daily with suppliers and colleagues in Production, Design and Sales. You stay calm and maintain an overview, even when plans change unexpectedly.
Location: Zierikzee (on-site, the Netherlands)
Employment: Full-time
What will you do?
- You manage inventory and monitor target stock levels, ensuring Production is supplied on time.
- You carry out structured purchasing cycles, request quotations and place orders.
- You accurately align product specifications with our product designers.
- You identify deviations in consumption or logistical disruptions at an early stage and take action.
- You closely monitor order confirmations, shipments and deliveries, and proactively resolve exceptions.
- You work closely with suppliers and internal departments to keep material flows running smoothly.
Who are you?
- You are enthusiastic about logistics, purchasing and efficient supply chain processes.
- You have an MBO-level vocational education or equivalent working and thinking level.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a supporting, administrative or planning role, preferably within purchasing or logistics.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- You are proactive, curious and commercially minded; you take ownership and oversee the entire process from start to finish.
- You are proficient in Excel and have experience with ERP systems; you work in a structured and accurate manner.
